I have the right to refuse commissions for any reason.

Your commission is yours to keep but I do keep rights to the commission. I am able to post commissions on my own site or social media (which will always brandish my personal watermark.) You may opt in to keep your commission private in which I will not upload it to any site or social media (but I will keep in my personal records.)

Any commission is for personal (non-commercial) usage only. I do not offer commercial rights to any of my art as of now.)

You may not use my art for NFT/Blockchain/Cryptocurrency/AI purposes.

Button Commissions will require me to ask for your address to send you the physical item. Please use your legal name for the shipping. (If the post messes up and you have to retreive your item from the post office they will ask for your ID.) (Trust me im trans I hate this too and I will only use your username or account name when interacting with you)

Turnaround time is usually anywhere from 2-4 weeks (I do not do specific deadlines unless discussed before the invoice is sent.)

Commissions are allowed free revisions (not added information, only if I missed something or something needs tweaked.) Anything added by the commissioner might result in additional charges depending on complexity of edit.

You may ask for updates! But please me patient with me. Updates are not likely to happen within 2-3 days.

Button commissions have the normal turn around time but after it is dropped off at the post office it is out of my control how fast it gets to you (they will be shipped with tracking!)

Buyers of digital art services receive an unwatermarked and transparent version of the commission or custom along with the watermarked version (with the background I've made.)

Button commissioners will receive the digital art featured on the button as well.

You may not edit my art in any circumstance.

You may not repost my art without explicit permission from me (please discuss this with me beforehand! It's likely that I have an account on whatever site you're wanting to post to!)

If I agree to reposting you must credit me and only upload the version of your commission that you receive that brandishes my watermark (this is to prevent art theft on both mine and your parts.)

Commissions are all paid in USD via Paypal invoices OR through stripe

Commissions must be paid in-full and up-front.

I do not accept crypto-currencies.

Button commissioners have to pay for shipping but are able to choose what shipping they want (payment for the shipping with be requested at the end of the commission before the button is sent out, but a approximation will be provided at the beginning)

Commission refunds will only be 100% refunded if I have not started on them

Digital Commissions that I have at least done a sketch on will be refunded 50% to you (you will receive the partially finished digital commission.)

Digital Commissions that I have at least done the lineart on will be refunded 25% to you (you will receive the partially finished digital commission.)

For Buttons: If I have finished the digital artwork but have not made the button, you will be refunded only the price of making the button + the shipping (You will still receive the digital commission part as outlined above!)

You may not request a refund after I have mailed out the button.

Filing a chargeback on Paypal will get you automatically blacklisted.
